In addition to viewing your statistics online via our online control panel, you can also choose to periodically receive an overview in your inbox. These Statistics email reports give you a summary of the most important statistics, including call duration, caller location and the number of conversations on each day of the week.

Simply navigate to the Number Settings page in our online control panel. Here, you will find all the settings for your Freephone or Premium rate number, including those for the Statistics email reports. When you activate the function, you will be presented with options to manage recipients and change the report frequency.
